Dear whomever is upscaling these. NEVER MESS WITH THE ORIGINAL FRAMES PER SECOND RATE. You ruined what coulda shoulda been a nice job. There's a 720p version of this same video. It looks way better. Know why? It's 30 fps opposed to your choppy ass 24. If 24 was the original FPS, cool, it can look good too. But not when you go changing the original. Leave the FPS alone. That is all.

But this one seems to have that slight hitch in the playback that most all the ones on leht.rurex do, and it always triggers my autism to the max, it must have something to do with their FPS conversion. whatever the case, this vid is off too, so I don't care if it's 4k or 8k if it doesn't have smooth playback. no bueno!
